Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored and administered by Jay Friesen, REALTOR®, Hewitt Jancsar Realty Ltd., Brokerage, 45 Beards Ln, Woodstock, ON N4S 7W3. The prize is offered in partnership with Woof in Woodstock. Woof does not administer the contest, does not collect entries, and does not select the winner.

2. Contest Period

Entries for this contest are accepted from August 6, 2026 until September 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries received after the closing time are not eligible.

3. Who Can Enter

Entry is open to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority (18) at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of the sponsor, of Hewitt Jancsar Realty Ltd., Brokerage, and of Woof are not eligible to win.

4. How to Enter

Scan the QR code on the contest poster at Woof, or visit jayfriesenrealestate.ca/contest/woof-woodstock, and complete the entry form with your name, email address, and a correct answer to the skill-testing question. Phone number is optional.

Limit one entry per person for this contest. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, automated, or submitted by any means other than the entry form are void. Agreeing to receive market updates is optional and has no effect on your chances of winning.

5. Skill-Testing Question

As required by Canadian law, each entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, which appears on the entry form and must be answered without assistance.

6. Prize

One (1) prize is available to be won in this contest: $200 Gift Card. Gift card for Woof The approximate retail value is $200.

The prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable, and cannot be substituted for cash. If the prize as described becomes unavailable, the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Draw and Odds of Winning

One winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received for this contest on September 24, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for this contest.

8. Other Contests Run by the Sponsor

The sponsor runs separate contests in partnership with other local businesses. Each of those contests has its own prize, its own entry period, its own draw, and its own rules. Entering this contest does not enter you in any other contest, and entering another contest has no effect on your chances here.

9. Winner Notification

The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided, within 5 business days of the draw. The selected entrant must respond and claim the prize within 10 days of first contact. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is found to be ineligible, that entry is forfeited and another entrant may be selected.

10. Privacy

Information collected through the entry form is used to administer this contest and to contact the winner. It is never sold, and it is not shared with Woof or any other business. It is held by the service providers that run this website — hosting, database and email — and used for nothing else. Entries are deleted within 90 days of the draw date. Entrants who check the optional marketing box are giving express consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) to receive market updates by email, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. 11. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to the decisions of the sponsor, which are final. The sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received for any reason, or for technical failures of any kind. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend this contest if it cannot be run as planned, subject to any required regulatory approval. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
